Your Photo Session
The Consultation Process
We will reach out by email to set a time to speak. We can meet over the phone or on a video call.
This is a simple 30 to 45 minute conversation about your ideas and how we can get it all on camera. We’ll talk about locations, wardrobes, and when we’ll have your session. We will also provide some helpful tips on how to make your photo shoot as creative and fun as possible.
A 50% deposit toward your session is due to guarantee your time spot. Payment in full is due before the session begins. We understand weather can unexpectedly dampen plans, and we can reschedule outside sessions at no extra cost due to rain or storms.
Your finished photos will be delivered via Google Drive anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks, after you choose from your gallery. Printed photos vary based on packages.
Once booked, we strongly encourage you keep your photo session as availability to times and dates vary. Cancelling within seven days of your session will result in a 25% fee to your session, unless it is rescheduled within 2 days of the original date, if available. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee to your session.
