Your Photo Session
The Consultation Process
We will reach out by email to set a time to speak. We can meet over the phone or on a video call.
This is a simple 30 to 45 minute conversation about your ideas and how we can get it all on camera. We’ll talk about locations, wardrobes, and when we’ll have your session. We will also provide some helpful tips on how to make your photo shoot as creative and fun as possible.
A 50% deposit toward your session is due to guarantee your time spot. Payment in full is due before the session begins. We understand weather can unexpectedly dampen plans, and we can reschedule outside sessions at no extra cost due to rain or storms.
Your finished photos will be delivered via Google Drive anywhere from 3 to 6 weeks, after you choose from your gallery. Printed photos vary based on packages.
Once booked, we strongly encourage you keep your photo session as availability to times and dates vary. Cancelling within seven days of your session will result in a 25% fee to your session, unless it is rescheduled within 2 days of the original date, if available. Cancellation within 48 hours will result in a 50% fee to your session.
Questions About Your Session
Pricing includes locations within Cuyahoga County, based on availability and usage. Certain fees may apply based on specialized locations if they are private property or require permission to use. A travel fee will apply if a location is outside of Cuyahoga County.
Pricing is based on time and how many finished photos you receive. A photo session is just half the process when delivering great pictures! After your session, your photos still need final edits to bring out your best. You’ll receive a gallery to review and pick your favorites. From there, we then take those selected photos and enhance their quality so they are ready for social media and print.
The “Golden Hour” is that brief time after sunrise and just before sunset that provides beautiful soft, warm lighting. Because it offers soft shadows and balanced light, it is the ideal time to have photos taken.
Payments can be made via PayPal and Venmo.
Your session starts at the agreed upon time. We’ll be there in advance, with lighting and equipment ready to go. Arrive early and get comfortable with the location you wish to have your session. Bring all necessary props and clothing you need to create the complete concept you want for your photos. Having a friend or family member with you can also make the whole experience more fun and light-hearted, bringing out that beautiful, natural smile.
